Kaw Dai is looking for volunteer teachers to teach English Language skills at Shan Community College in Southern Shan State.
Who Are We?
Kaw Dai Organization is a non-profit organization working on community development and Youth empowerment. Kaw Dai established Shan Community College in 2017 for disadvantage, conflict affected and high school failed from Shan communities across Myanmar.
We are looking for experienced volunteers to teach our students. We want adaptable people who can learn to fit into situation and help nurture our students to become leaders in the areas of needs in their community. We have 90 students at Shan Community College for the academic year 2018-2019
What kind of volunteer teacher we are looking for?
Volunteers will teach English language skills from basic to Intermediate level.
- Have experience in TEACHING at least 1 year.
- Volunteers with certificate of TEFL is given priority
- Able to live and teach in the remote area of Shan State
- Advance level of English proficiency
