Salary: £29,492 to £34,987 per annum

Finance Department develops and implements dynamic and future focused financial strategies to support ODI, while maintaining financial oversight and administration in managing ODI’s financial affairs. Our aims are to deliver quality financial information and a high standard of support to Programmes.

We are seeking to appoint 2 Junior Finance Business Partners to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will work with Finance Business Partners to support financial planning & analysis process including budgeting, forecasting, analysis and management reporting. The Jr Finance Business Partner will need to work closely with Programmes in order to ensure accurate financial information is produced for decision making. This role will support to drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and associated systems, processes and policies.

About you

  • Significant knowledge and experience:

  • Professionally qualified accountant such as CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA or nearly qualified while actively study towards one

  • Current knowledge of relevant accounting standards, and development and issues affecting the sector

o Current knowledge of relevant accounting standards, and development and issues affecting the sector

· Ability to assimilate, analyse and present financial data to a high level of accuracy

· Effective teamwork, inter-personal and collaboration skills

· Values-driven and exceptional integrity, including ensuring a safe working environment and equal opportunities for all

· Excellent written and oral communications skills
