Shan Community College is looking for volunteer teachers to teach English Language skills through online.
Who Are We?
Kaw Dai Organization is a non-profit organization working on community development and youth empowerment. With the purpose of creating opportunities for the vulnerable community through higher education, Kaw Dai established Shan Community College in 2017 for disadvantage, conflict-affected, and the high school failed from Shan communities across Myanmar.
Shan Community College provides an affiliated education program with a university in Chaing Rai, Thailand. Students are required to have a minimum TOEFL score of 450 for the qualification of the international program.
We are looking for experienced volunteers to teach our students online. We prefer volunteers who can teach English as a second language and have experience in teaching young adults in developing countries.
What kind of volunteer teacher we are looking for?
Volunteers will teach English language skills from basic to intermediate level.
- Have experience in TEACHING at least 1 year.
- Volunteers with a certificate of TEFL is given priority
- Able to teach online
- Advance level of English proficiency
