Salary: £41,575 - £51,466 per annum

About the role
Marketing and digital innovation are at the core of our vision to expand our global presence and influence our audiences with compelling and value-led content. A visible champion of online best practice, able to influence colleagues at all levels, the Digital and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving ODI’s corporate online channels and content.
Heading up a team of editorial, technical and creative professionals, you will oversee the management of ODI’s online channels, including the website and social media, as well as being the guardian of the brand online, championing our values and mission.
You will constantly be thinking about ODI’s future needs and scanning for trends, looking for ways to increase engagement and improve our digital content, systems and processes. Full of ideas to test and iterate, you will lead the strategic development of our digital communications infrastructure, ensuring this is fit-for-purpose, secure, efficient, and in line with emerging best practice in the sector.
About you
We are looking for an experienced manager who has previously led a successful digital or marketing team. You will have solid experience of influencing individuals at all levels to deliver excellent outputs, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your strategic approach and ability to summarise complex data and messages in an innovative and engaging way will help us to elevate our work to the next level and enable us to have real influence and impact through our digital channels.
Your experience in managing marketing calendars and identifying strategic opportunities for promotion will be essential, as will your strong project management skills and proven ability to manage and prioritise a complex workload.
